What started with managing our own properties has grown into a business built around doing things the right way—keeping homes in good condition, placing solid tenants, and handling issues without delay.

Why We Do This
We built this company by working on our own properties and learning what actually matters over time. A lot of management companies are hands-off and slow to respond—we wanted to do the opposite.
Our focus is simple: take care of the property, treat tenants fairly, and make things easier for owners. If those three things are done well, everything else tends to fall into place.
Meet the Brothers
Logan Bailey
Logan holds a graduate degree from Duke University with a background in research and a strong focus on organization and detail. Through hands-on experience managing and improving rental properties, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to property management and day-to-day operations.
Jared Bailey
Jared holds a graduate degree from The Citadel and works as a school psychologist. He has a natural ability to connect with people and focuses on communication and tenant relationships, while also bringing a strong sense of design to each property.
